Our printing capabilities for outdoor use are superb. Our primary printer uses solvent based pigmented inks for extended outdoor durability, UV and fade resistant prints. Prints created with full solvent based inks generally do not require lamination and easily last a few years in most outdoor climates. Lamination can extend the life to as much as 10 years outdoors. While solvent ink based printers cost a bit more and are more technical to operate and maintain than other type printers, solvent based ink is what is really needed to produce the highest quality outdoor durable prints.
